Is Photo Sharing free to use?
Photo Sharing is included with your WeddNPlan couple plan. If it's not showing on your dashboard, check your Plan Features page or upgrade from Pricing.
How do guests share their photos?
Guests scan your Wedding QR card or open your share link on their phone — no app or account needed — and their photos and videos upload straight to your Guest Gallery.
What's on the Wedding QR card?
A printable card with your names, wedding date, and a QR code guests scan to open your share page. Pick a colour and, on eligible plans, a designed template — then download it as a print-quality PNG.
Can I download everything guests share?
Yes — select any photos and videos and download them as a .zip, or use My Downloads to track and re-download batches you've requested before.
Can I remove a photo I don't want?
Yes — delete any single upload, or select several and use Delete Selected to remove them all at once.
Do guests need to create an account?
No — guests just scan the QR card or open the link and upload. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
