How does it find vendors for my budget?
You enter your total budget, guest count, and location, then pick the categories you want. WeddNPlan matches you with available Lebanese vendors in those categories, sorted by fit and price.
What is the pro forma invoice?
It's a live invoice that builds as you click vendors. Each selected vendor appears as a line item with their name, contact details, quantity, and unit price. The subtotal, grand total, and remaining budget all update instantly.
Can I save more than one plan?
Yes — you can create and name as many plans as you like. Each gets its own invoice number and status (Draft, Pending, or Confirmed). You can edit, print, or download any plan as a PDF at any time.
Can I add Tax / VAT to my invoice?
Yes — there's a Tax/VAT percentage field in the invoice totals section. Enter your rate and the grand total recalculates automatically.
What does the remaining budget show?
It's your total budget minus the current grand total on the invoice — updated in real time as you add or remove vendors, so you always know how much you have left to spend.
