Is Guest Memories free to use?
Guest Memories is included with your WeddNPlan couple plan. If it's not showing on your dashboard, check your Plan Features page or upgrade from Pricing.
How do guests leave a memory?
Guests open the same share page they use for photos and switch to the Memories tab, where they can record a short video, a voice message, or leave a written note.
Do guests need to download anything?
No — recording happens right in their phone's browser. No app, no account, nothing to install.
Can I download the messages guests leave?
Yes — download any message individually, or select several and download them together as a .zip.
Can I remove a message I don't want to keep?
Yes — delete any single memory, or select several and use Delete Selected to remove them all at once.
Is this the same page as Photo Sharing?
They share one QR card and link — guests choose the Gallery tab to share photos & videos, or the Memories tab to leave a video, voice, or written message.
