Yes. Couples can search vendors, request pricing, and use the checklist and budget calculator for free, and there's a free plan for the guest list, RSVP, seating chart and wedding website. Paid plans unlock more guests and extra features. Vendors can sign up for free and choose a plan for more listings and visibility.
Open the vendor's listing and click Request pricing. The vendor receives your request with your date and guest count and replies to you directly. You'll also find their phone and social links on the listing.
Open Pricing Plan in your dashboard, choose a plan and pay with Whish Wallet. Your invoice is available in your dashboard.
Featured (sponsored) listings come first. Everyone else is ordered by a public score built from reviews, rating, photos, packages, reply rate, an up-to-date calendar, video, FAQs, description and plan. Vendors see their score and how to raise it on Insights. See How search ranking works below.
New listings are reviewed by our team first, so they show as Pending until approved. If your listing is Expired or Deactivated, renew your plan or contact us and we'll help.
No. Guests open your invitation, RSVP, find their seat and upload photos straight from their phone browser, no sign-up needed.
Yes, for free. Anyone can search WeddNPlan vendors from Claude without an account. Sign in with your free WeddNPlan account and Claude can also update your checklist and budget. Plans that include Connect to Claude add your guest list (couples) or your listings, pricing requests and reviews (vendors). See Connect to Claude for the steps.
