WeddNPlan is an online wedding marketplace that connects couples with wedding vendors and service providers such as venues, photographers, caterers, decorators, and more.
We provide the platform to facilitate discovery and connection — we do not own, manage, or guarantee any vendor service listed.

3. User Roles

  • Vendors: Businesses or professionals listing their services on WeddNPlan.
  • Couples/Clients: Users searching for wedding-related services.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

5. Vendor Listings

  • Vendors can create and manage their own listings through their dashboard or by providing details through our vendor form.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring all information, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date.
  • WeddNPlan reserves the right to review, modify, or remove listings that violate our policies or contain misleading content.

6. Platform Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Post false, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Use the platform for spam or unauthorized advertising.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

7. Payments and Pricing

  • Free Listing: Your first business listing is free.
  • Future premium features or paid promotions may be introduced, but vendors will always be informed before any charges apply.
  • WeddNPlan does not handle or guarantee payments made between couples and vendors. All financial agreements are directly between both parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on WeddNPlan, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to WeddNPlan.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded media but grant WeddNPlan a non-exclusive right to display and promote it on the platform and social media.

9. Limitation of Liability

WeddNPlan acts only as a listing platform and is not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or legality of services offered by vendors.
  • Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between couples and vendors.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

11. Modifications

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
